You may take this exam OPEN BOOK but may not be aided by another
person.

The number of questions depends on the course final you are
taking ---you must get
70% or better in order to pass each course. There is no penalty
for guessing so take your best shot on every question.

Maximum time allowed for each test will appear in the upper
right corner of your screen.

If you do NOT finish in the allotted time, the exam will
automatically stop and you will be given a choice of "submit as
is" or "exit." (If you choose to exit, answers will be lost--
you must then contact CBI for a "re-test."

Use scroll bar on right side of your screen to move up and down
the questions to the test.

You can return to any section of the
exam to check or change your answers before submitting.
Certificate of
Completion
CBI does not issue an official Certificate of Completion for
License Renewal courses-- instead, you will be issued a completed
RE 251 (Continuing Education Course Verification)
form which is ready to submit to the Dept. of Real Estate
- If renewing your license online--all the information you
need to submit is on the 251 form.
-If renewing my mail-- verify that the information on the
form is correct and then sign and date it and mail to DRE with the
required fee.
You can print out a confirmation of your renewal immediately.
Your actual license will
arrive in the mail in 7 - 10 days.
