INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING HOMEWORK QUIZZES ONLINE

REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES

• There are 15 quizzes for each course---Home study courses have 10 questions per chapter—Live Principles has 20 questions per chapter.  (Quizzes may be taken in any order).

• There is no time limit—you can exit at any time.

• Use scroll bar on right side of your screen to move up or down the page.  You may return to any question to re-check or change or answers before submitting to CBI.

• Select answer by clicking on circle OR the written correct answer.  All questions must be answered—there is no penalty for guessing.

• When finished, click on SUBMIT button at top of page—then choose to print results for your records or e-mail them to yourself.

• CBI will receive an e-mail of your test results and will record them in your student file.

• There is no passing grade required for homework—your final grade for the course is determined by the average of your lesson quizzes and your final exam grade. YOU MUST SCORE 70% OR BETTER ON THE FINAL IN ORDER TO PASS THE COURSE.

• You can take the final exam ONLY when all 15 homework quizzes have been submitted.

• Your score at the bottom of the performance report indicates how ready you are for the final. Remember, you must score 70% or better on the final in order to pass the course.
